We outline the remaining steps and provide a clear timeline so you know what will happen next and when the property is expected to go live.

Step 2: Service Options

Two Ways to Operate Your Short Let

After the initial review and preparation stage, you can decide how you would like your property to operate. Property owners can choose between a fully managed service, where we handle the day-to-day operations, or a professional Listing Launch for those who prefer to manage the property themselves. Both options are designed to prepare and operate the property effectively as a short-term rental.

Listing Launch Package

Listing Launch Package

Listing Launch → We set it up, you run it We prepare and optimise your property listing, including photography coordination, descriptions, pricing setup, and platform configuration. We also set up automated guest messaging, synchronised calendars across platforms, and dynamic pricing tools to make day-to-day management easier once the property is live.

Fully Managed Service

Fully Managed Service

Fully Managed → We run everything We manage the full day-to-day operation of your property from set-up, to check-out aftercare, including guest communication, booking management, welcome baskets, check-ins, cleaning coordination, maintenance oversight, and gathering 5* reviews. Step 3: Listing setup

We prepare and optimise your property listing

We handle the technical setup of your property listing across major short-term rental platforms. Professional photography presents your property clearly, well-structured descriptions highlight key features, and dynamic pricing tools help keep your listing competitively positioned within the local market. We also configure synchronised calendars to ensure availability remains consistent across platforms and to prevent double bookings. This stage includes: professional photography coordination, listing creation and optimisation, dynamic pricing setup and calendar synchronisation across platforms.

Step 4: Ongoing operation

We handle the daily operations while you receive the income

Once your property is live, Short Let Management handles guest enquiries, booking coordination, cleaning between stays, check-ins, and ongoing maintenance oversight. We also take care of the finishing touches, such as welcome baskets, designed to help secure consistent 5★ reviews and keep your property highly rated and fully booked. You’ll receive regular income reports and can choose how involved you’d like to be. All income generated is paid directly to you by guests or booking platforms, with our management fee invoiced monthly.
